Job summary

Green + The Grain Corporate is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join the back-of-house team in a fast-paced dining environment. This part-time role emphasizes maintain­ing a clean, organized kitchen and ensuring all dishes and tools are sanitized for service.

You will support front-of-house flow by keeping supplies ready and assisting with light stocking as needed. A positive attitude and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows established procedures.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced kitchen with a team.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards per policy and health codes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation during shift.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and kitchen tools throughout service.
• Replenish clean items for front of house and kitchen line during lunch rush.
• Assist with breakdown, deep cleaning, and closing duties as assigned.
