The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach is seeking Three (3) Dishwashing Positions in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. This is a Full or Part Time, Non-Exempt hourly role with shifts available and a pay range of $16-18 per hour.

Wash and store all utensils and glassware; assist in basic food preparation as needed; and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) after one year of service.

Qualifications

• Wash and store all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware, and glassware.

Responsibilities

• Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand
• Polish all silverware, platters, and chafing dishes
• Collect trash from kitchen areas; empty garbage barrels, wash and re-line with new bags
• Examine garbage for silverware, dishes, and glassware
• Wash and polish all stainless steel in kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.
• Wash or clean receiving area and trash areas
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Clean dish machine after each meal period
• Perform other tasks such as assisting in food preparation, putting away deliveries, cleaning coolers, freezers, and storerooms.
