Job summary

Genghis Grill in Tempe, AZ is seeking a part-time dishwashing attendant to clean silverware, dishware, pots and pans to sanitation standards and help ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain the dish machines and area and report needed repairs to the Manager.

Responsibilities

• Performs dishwashing responsibilities, which require that silverware, dishware, pots and pans, etc., be cleaned to sanitation requirements and to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains the dish machines and dishwashing area within sanitation guidelines.
• Reports needed repairs to the Manager.
• Assists with basic food preparation when needed.
• Assists with food deliveries as directed by the supervisor and cleans and maintains coolers.
• Seeks to develop capabilities in the area of basic food preparation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
