P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Natick, MA is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a safe, sanitized dish area and wash all ware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment while keeping the dish room organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card required where applicable.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Learn about chemicals used and how to use them safely.
• Ability to work in warm temperatures in the kitchen.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
• Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times, including basic prep
• Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
• Perform opening, closing and side work
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
