Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking a Dishwasher in Ohio to keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment that values safety and efficiency, contributing to smooth operations for guests.

Previous dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish area and back-of-house spaces.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house team with cleaning and stocking tasks.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with trash removal and floor cleaning to maintain a safe workspace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
