Job summary

JDK Management Company, operating Perkins restaurants in Ohio, is seeking a Dishwasher to help keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use. You will contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-focused dining environment that supports coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities include washing and restocking items, maintaining cleanliness, supporting both kitchen and front-of-house teams, adhering to food safety procedures, and taking on additional duties as needed to keep

Qualifications

No experience required; dishwashing experience is a plus.
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces.
Support kitchen and front-of-house team members with cleaning and stocking tasks as needed.
Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
