Culinary Khancepts in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our fast-paced kitchen. You will wash dishes, sanitize areas, handle storage, and assist with basic food prep as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, washes and sorts dishes, and preps as needed.
• Sets up dish stations and maintains dish machines and sinks.
• Keeps floors clean and dry throughout the shift.
• Washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, and cookware.
• Changes water and uses chemical dilutions per guidelines.
• Assists in storing food deliveries.
• Maintains trash cans and the dry storage area.
• Follows posted daily dish cleaning duties.
• Assists with food prep and other tasks as needed by the chef.
