Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs and assists customers promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, and merchandising of products.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains compliance with standards.
• Maintains clean and sanitary working environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store leadership.
