Job summary

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will load the dishwasher with dirty dishes, unload clean items, and perform general cleaning tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll work with bussers to remove food from plates, prereinse and load items, sweep and mop floors, and monitor cleaning supplies. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods are essential.

Responsibilities

• Remove food from plates
• Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
• Unload the dishwasher and put items away in the proper areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
