Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Greensburg, PA is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support our kitchen team and keep dishes, utensils, and equipment clean and ready for service. You will follow sanitation guidelines, assist with prep when needed, and help maintain a safe, efficient dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clean, sanitized utensils, glassware, and equipment.
• Operate dish machine setup and shutdown per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of dish machine.
• Wash dishes and kitchenware per sanitation guidelines.
• Collect trash, relines, sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with prep duties and sanitation during shift.
• Stock and organize food deliveries; date items.
• Supply the line with needed items.
• Provide ice to bar and server stations.
• Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists.
• Perform other duties as requested by Coach.
