Qualifications

• English literacy required.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Positive, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Basic math skills for handling quantities.

Responsibilities

• Provides clean, sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment.
• Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes it in the PM.
• Maintains daily cleanliness and troubleshoots machine issues.
• Washes dishes while following sanitation procedures.
• Gathers boxes and trash and relines cans; sweeps and mops floors.
• Assists with prep duties and cleans throughout the shift.
• Follows FIFO; dates vendor items after receipt.
• Stocks line with needed items and supplies the bar/server areas with ice.
• Completes opening, shift-change, and closing checklists.
• Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.
