Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a dedicated dishwashing/kitchen utility team member in Wichita and Andover. You will clean dishware, pots, pans, and utensils, maintaining a sanitary work area and adhering to food and beverage department rules.

You will be expected to stand for long periods, work nights or weekends, and follow directions with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include washing, stacking, stocking supplies, and assisting the executive kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitary practices required.
• Neat appearance and good personal grooming.
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks efficiently.
• Must speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, pantry and refrigerators.
• Sweep or scrub floors.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
