• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwasher as assigned.
• Polishes silverware using appropriate methods and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and sanitation standards.
• Keep dish area clean and organized; manage trash and supplies as needed.
