Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils in sanitary condition.
• Washes pots and pans and ensures cleanliness.
• Polishes silver and cleans work areas as required.
• Maintains safety and sanitation by following procedures.
• Keeps the dish area organized and floors clean.
• Transfers supplies and loads/unloads provisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
