Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our restaurant operations and ensure guests have an unforgettable dining experience. The role includes maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen and assisting chefs with stock and dish care.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Some High School education or equivalent.
• Demonstrated teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to scheduling needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains stock and assists chefs by keeping kitchens stocked and utensils clean.
• Operates dishwasher and ensures sanitation in work area.
• Cares for foodstuff and utensils, transporting to/from workstations as needed.
• Maintains food quality by proper storage and minimizing spoilage.
• Keeps equipment running by following instructions and performing basic maintenance.
• Maintains appropriate levels of dishes and utensils.
• Separates and disposes waste per company standards.
