Job summary

Red Lobster, Inc. is looking for a Dishwasher/Utility in Panama City, Florida. In this position, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant, sanitizing dishware and cooking utensils, and supporting the kitchen team in various tasks. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for long periods. Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying.
• Culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8–12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits.
• Focusing on your team and guests in every decision made.
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols.
