Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8–12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, and utensils.
• Safely operating the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment.
• Emptying trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Supporting the cooks with prep work and other tasks as needed.
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols.
