Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Dishwasher to support kitchen and facility operations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation across food production and service areas. You will be responsible for cleaning equipment, maintaining floors, and assisting with setup and breakdown tasks as directed.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and a flexible schedule with afternoon/evenings shifts. Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Re-stock supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
