Job summary

King's Fish House is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep dishes, glasses, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use. You will support all areas of the restaurant and perform opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.

You will be trained on kitchen standards, safety, and sanitation, working under the Chef or Sous Chef to maintain a clean, dry, safe dishwashing area and ensure the flow of service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• High School graduate.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to communicate verbally in English with management and co-workers.
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Wash all soiled china, glass and flatware using proper cleaning procedures.
• Stock incoming supplies and perishable items as time permits.
• Assist with cleaning of the kitchen and back of house.
