Garces Hospitality is seeking dishwashers to join its Latin-inspired hospitality team. The role emphasizes operating in fast-paced scratch kitchens with a focus on spotless dishware and clean workstations, supporting high standards of food presentation and execution.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsabilités

• Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. You will execute proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace.
• Coordinate with team to ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
