Job summary

You will wash and sanitize dishware, assist with line maintenance and stocking, follow safety and sanitation policies, and work flexible days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Work days, nights and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen pots, pans and utensils.
• Safely and correctly operates all equipment.
• Assists the other kitchen staff with line maintenance and stocking.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
