Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and safe for guests and staff. You will wash, sanitize, and store all dishes and kitchenware, supporting a fast-paced team focused on a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, handling glassware carefully, and assisting with line maintenance and prep as needed. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is required; prior hotel/restaurant maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.
• Read and write handwritten notes.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware.
• Safely and correctly operate all equipment.
• Keep kitchen areas and storage organized and stocked.
• Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes.
• Help with some prep and banquet items as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
