Job summary

Milk & Honey, a New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination operated by Thompson Hospitality Corporation, seeks a Dishwasher to join a vibrant kitchen team. You will keep dishes clean, support the culinary staff, and uphold sanitation standards in a busy dining environment.

Experience in high-volume settings is preferred, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. You will work in a fast-paced, humid kitchen and help ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to read documents and written instructions to understand sanitation requirements, safety rules, equipment operation and maintenance, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Stand for long hours, often in wet conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (racks of dishes, garbage bags).
• Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment.
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely.
