Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes dishware, flatware and glassware.
• Safely and correctly operates all equipment and uses chemicals properly.
• Empties all trash in the kitchen and maintains trash cans.
• Assists with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen storage areas and mats.
