Dave & Buster’s in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen. You will clean, sanitize and store all dishes, utens‍ils and glassware, operate kitchen equipment safely, and support line staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members.
• Must be disciplined and self-motivated.
• Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and properly store all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Sort and maintain dishware and glassware to prevent loss or disposal.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils.
• Maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist line maintenance and with some prep and banquet items as directed.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members.
