Job summary

The National at Ave Maria Golf Club in Ave Maria, FL is hiring a full-time dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen environment within Troon’s hospitality team. The role focuses on dishwashing, sanitation and daily prep, with opportunities to learn and grow.

The position offers $16.50 per hour and benefits aligned with company policy, including healthcare, retirement and PTO. Prior restaurant experience and reliable attendance are highly valued by the team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast paced restaurant.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes.
• Cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
