Au Cheval in Nashville's 12 South neighborhood is hiring a dishwashing team member for a fast-paced service environment. You will load, run and unload the dish machine, keep ware clean, and maintain sanitary work areas.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends and some holidays. Benefits at 25 hours per week include EAP, medical insurance, life and accident protection, pet insurance, and domestic partner benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior restaurant dishwashing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine; maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Keep the dish machine and wash area clean and sanitary; report issues promptly.
• Keep dish room and surrounding areas clean and organized; monitor sanitation.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules.
