Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and remove soiled dishware from the Kitchen area and wash, dry and store.
• Restock items and unload deliveries; assist in maintaining Lobby area.
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen (ovens, makeline, etc.).
• Keep dish pit area clean and organized; assist with other tasks as needed.
• Report kitchen accidents or food safety violations.
• Ensure dining area is ready for opening and during hours of operation.
• Set up kitchen line before rushes and reset at close.
