Job summary

Aubergine Kitchen in Spanish Fork, UT is hiring a Dishwasher to support the kitchen and dining area. You'll wash bowls, utensils, and equipment, ensure proper sanitization, and help keep the work area tidy on a 2pm–11pm shift, Monday through Saturday with Sundays off.

No formal dishwashing experience required; training and a Food Handler Certificate are provided. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• High-volume dishwashing with attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow instructions.
• Completes Aubergine's onboarding program; Food Handler Certificate within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Wash bowls, utensils, pots, and equipment on schedule.
• Perform daily sanitizer pH test; report issues.
• Organize washed items and restock station.
• Keep sink area clean and flag issues with equipment.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and team support.
