Qualifications

• Careful about sanitation and safety when handling dishes and kitchen tools.
• Ability to follow chemical, lifting and workplace safety procedures.
• Reliability, urgency, organization and teamwork are important.
• Food Handler Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, sort, and store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and equipment.
• Operate dish equipment and follow safety instructions.
• Maintain clean floors, drains, mats, walls, bins and utility areas.
• Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard safely and on schedule.
• Communicate issues promptly and assist with basic cleaning or prep as needed.
