Job summary

Flight Club Chicago is seeking a diligent Dishwasher to join our Back of House team in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role supports a premium dining and entertainment experience by ensuring utensils, dishware, and glassware are spotless and properly stored.

You will maintain the dishwasher, use correct chemicals and temperatures, and help with deliveries, cooler organization, and trash areas while adhering to health guidelines and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current food handlers certificate.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods.
• Available to work various shift times including weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Clean utensils, dishware, glassware, and kitchen crockery.
• Maintain the dishwasher with proper chemicals and temperature.
• Assist in putting away deliveries, storage rotation, and cooler organization.
• Maintain clean trash areas, assist with recycling and compost.
• Accurately execute instructions received by management during service.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules, ongoing cleaning, including setup and breakdown.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
