Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean kitchen surfaces.
• Keep floors and work areas free of trash and spills.
• Wash dishes by hand or in the dishwasher; manage silverware loading.
• Sort and store clean china, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist with unloading supplies from trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
