Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn basic food prep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and kitchen.
• Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping.
• Support culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed.
• Uphold health and safety standards and communicate with kitchen staff.
