Job summary

Avvio Millbury in Millbury, MA is hiring a Dishwasher with no prior kitchen experience required. You’ll keep dishes and stations clean, support the kitchen, and follow sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required — we're happy to train the right person
• Comfort standing for extended periods in a hot, fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 40–50 lbs (bus tubs, cases, equipment)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment clean, sanitized, and back in rotation – fast
• Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout the entire shift
• Assist with taking out the trash, breaking down boxes, and keep back-of-house areas tidy
• Support the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed – this crew takes care of each other
• Follow food-safety and sanitation standards at all times
