Job summary

White Lodging operates Boilerhouse Prime at the Pete Dye Clubhouse near Purdue University, seeking a Dishwasher to support the culinary team and maintain a safe, efficient kitchen environment. You will sweep and mop floors, wash surfaces, unload trucks, and manage dishwashing duties to ensure smooth operations.

No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to work hard and the ability to stand and move quickly in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
• Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
