Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant dishwashing or back-of-house operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware for proper cleaning.
• Safely load/unload dishwashing machines and manage station setup.
• Work with speed, accuracy, and a sense of urgency.
• Support opening/closing tasks and general upkeep of floors and areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
