Western States Lodging & Management is seeking an experienced Dishwasher at the Davis Conference Center. You will wash and sanitize dishes, operate dishwashing equipment, and maintain sanitation to support busy kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of dishwashing, culinary, or related food service experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit.
• Working knowledge of commercial dishwashing equipment and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independently wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain three-compartment sink according to sanitation requirements.
• Prioritize dishwashing tasks based on service needs.
• Keep dishwashing stations clean and organized; monitor sanitation and safety.
