Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will help maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in a fast-paced environment, supporting safe and efficient operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include washing and pre-sorting dishes, loading and unloading dishwashing equipment, and assisting with opening and closing tasks. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food service environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils using a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre-sort and soak silverware to ensure proper cleaning.
• Safely load/unload dishwashing machinery and maintain work area.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Support opening and closing tasks, including setup and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
• Be a dependable and punctual team player.
