Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner and make them feel welcome.
• Wash wares in dishwasher or by hand following sanitation standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Wash and polish stainless steel surfaces and store items properly.
• Clean dish machine and area after meals and restock supplies.
• Notify supervisor when soap, chemicals, or towels are low.
• Maintain safe, dry floors and assist in weekly cleaning tasks.
• Operate or assist in maintaining cleaning equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management
