Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to follow standard kitchen procedures and safety guidelines.
• Food handler certification as required by state and local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish room and assist with kitchen readiness.
• Support the team by handling deliveries and stocking as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain sanitation throughout service and closing shifts.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to leadership promptly.
