SSA Group, LLC is seeking a Dishwasher for our New Orleans unit as part of SSA's 452 Hospitality initiative. You will clean and sanitize dishes, assist the kitchen team, and help maintain a sanitary, organized work area in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow safety and sanitation protocols, uphold company policies, and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. This role supports guests by ensuring utensils are ready for service and growth opportunities exist within SSA's

Formación

• Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods.
• Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred.
• Ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business.
• Experience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment, including utensils, pots, and pans ensuring they meet standards for safe food preparation
• Work with kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
• Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles while ensuring proper waste separation
• Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment
• Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures
• Maintain cleaning schedules to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary
