Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is seeking a Dishwasher for Livery Indianapolis. You will maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, supporting the Back of House team in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and Sanitization: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment. Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of food residue. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on dishwashing equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.
• Stocking and Organization: Restock clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in their designated storage areas.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
