Job summary

Wildfire Restaurant Group is looking for dishwashers to join its team in Glenview, IL. You will wash, sanitize, and dry kitchen utensils and cookware, and assist in maintaining the back-of-house cleanliness. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to work on weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate and use the dish machine and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation in back-of-house areas.
• Able to work a variety of hours, including weekends.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of items.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pace to prevent back up of dirty dishes.
• Restock items after washing and sanitizing.
• Read a thermometer when required.
• Communicate potential issues to Management.
• Assist with general cleanliness of back of house and restrooms.
• Empty garbage and keep areas clean and covered.
• Follow all rules and Employee Handbook policies.
• Be a team player and get along with others.
