Qualifications

• Maintains calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-of-house area; manage machine temperatures and chemical safety.
• Assist with general kitchen duties as needed by management.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and safety practices.
• Support team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
