Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks.
- Wash pots, pans, dishes, glassware and return to storage.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
- Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
- Break down kitchen for clean up.
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
- Daily cleaning of all restaurant facilities; restrooms and storage areas.
- Perform basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen management.
