Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in Dallas seeks a dependable Dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and efficiently stocked. You will sanitize dishes, operate the dish machine, and support cooks while providing warm, welcoming service to residents.

This role requires weekend shifts and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Prior cleaning or kitchen experience is preferred; training is provided. You will join a caring community that helps seniors thrive.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions for daily assignments.
• Experience with cleaning standards in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen, including operating the dish machine, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and maintaining appliances.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment.
• Assist with stocking following food deliveries.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.
