Job summary

Au Cheval in Nashville is hiring a Dishwasher to support our fast-paced dining room and bar. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends and holidays. Previous dishwashing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine; maintain clean tableware.
• Keep the dish room clean and ensure sanitation of wash cycles.
• Keep kitchen floors and dining areas clean and organized.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Follow hygiene and food safety procedures.
