Job summary

Capano Management Company is seeking responsible, self-sufficient individuals to join our kitchen team as a dishwasher. The role is available full or part-time, with shifts Tuesday through Saturday and a focus on maintaining clean, organized stations for dinner service.

You will arrive on schedule, follow executive or sous chef instructions, wash dishes by hand or in the machine, stock inventory, and uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• arriving as scheduled, ready to work
• preparing your designated station for dinner service with all necessary supplies
• answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
