The Cheesecake Factory in Fort Lauderdale, FL is hiring a part-time dishwasher to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will wash dishes, maintain sanitation, and support back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.

We offer flexible scheduling, steady hours, and growth opportunities. Compensation is hourly, with pay range $15.50–$17.50 per hour. Training provided; must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and kitchen tools using a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre-sort and rinse silverware to ensure proper cleaning.
• Safely load and unload the dishwashing machine.
• Maintain speed, efficiency, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and station setup/breakdown.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
