Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time dishwasher to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, supporting opening/closing tasks, and working with speed and teamwork to deliver guest experiences. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred and we offer flexible hours and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food service industry preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, and utensils in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Support opening and closing tasks, including station setup and breakdown.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Work with speed and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
